Huntsville Town Park is a favorite community destination where residents and visitors can gather, play, and enjoy the beauty of this endearing town. With spacious grounds and a variety of recreational amenities, the park serves as a hub for family activities, community events, and outdoor fun throughout the year.
The park features two large picnic pavilions, or boweries, with seating capacity for up to 150 people. Equipped with water and electrical service, these facilities provide an excellent setting for family reunions, celebrations, community gatherings, and special events. A nearby stage offers additional space for performances, entertainment, and public programs.
Families will find plenty to enjoy, including a children's playground and expansive open areas for recreation. Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of facilities for soccer, baseball, softball, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and horseshoes. During the winter season, the park transforms into a community gathering place with an outdoor skating rink, maintained as weather conditions allow.
Just north of the park, visitors will find three outdoor pickleball courts. These courts are available for public play when not reserved by the Ogden Valley Tennis Pickleball Association and have become a popular destination for players of all ages and skill levels.
For added convenience, restroom facilities are located near the playground, adjacent to the west bowery, and on the north side of Town Hall near the pickleball courts.
Whether you're attending a community event, enjoying a picnic with family and friends, competing in a game, or simply relaxing outdoors, Huntsville Park offers a welcoming space to connect, recreate, and create lasting memories.
